We are looking for a reliable and experienced Onsite Manager to manage a well-established building with both short-term (holiday) and long-term rentals.
This role suits someone who wants a stable onsite position, enjoys hands-on work, and is confident managing daily operations independently.
To be successful in this role, you should:

Manage short-term & long-term rentals
Guest check-in / check-out and daily support
Handle bookings and OTA platforms, Prepare Building Manager reports and attend Body Corporate meetings when required.
Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and contractors
Perform daily caretaker duties (common areas, bins, basic checks)
Report issues and liaise with Body Corporate
Ensure the building is safe, clean, and well presented, Maintain positive relationships with Body Corporate committees, owners, residents, and contractors.
What You Must Have
licence (QLD)
Experience with both holiday letting and long-term management
Ability to do daily caretaker duties
Good communication & organisation skills
Reliable, hands-on, and self-managed
